What’s new In Enterprise Pro?

Read below to learn about the latest feature updates and enhancements:

Medium and Heavy (Class 4-8) Truck Series Integration

    In addition to ProDemand integration, users can now launch the Truck Series from Enterprise Pro for quick access to Medium/Heavy Duty Truck (Class 4-8) labor estimating and repair information. Simple user setup. (Must have active subscription).

Autoserve1 Integration for Digital Inspections

    Upgrade to electronic tablet inspections powered by AutoServe 1(AS1) to generate professional inspection reports with pictures, videos and educational material to text or email to shop’s customer.

    The true two-way communication between AS1 software and Enterprise Pro allows Technician to write the inspection in AS1 using a tablet/smartphone, and the data transfers directly to the Inspection page in Enterprise Pro.(Must have active subscription)

Inventory Transfers

    Improved messaging integration has been added for Inventory Transfers. Shop creates message group(s) for use in inventory transfers, and then messages are sent including a visual notification for new requests, or when requests are sent, Shipped, Back Ordered, Completed, or Cancelled.

Internal Messaging System

    Single locations can benefit from internal messaging from employee to employee within the location environment. Messaging can be private or sent to defined groups of employees. For example; Technicians can message the Service Advisor from out in the shop or visa-versa.

Advanced Training Webinars

    In addition to the help articles and training tours, Webinars are now available to provide an in depth look into the core modules in Enterprise Pro. A typical webinar format consists of 45 minutes training and 15 minute Q & A with new topics added frequently. These are recorded and posted in the help section for later review at the user’s convenience.

Online Appointment Scheduling

    Online Appointment Booking is now available in Enterprise Pro. Shops are provided with a URL that they can add to their website. Customers simply click Schedule an Appointment button on their website, completing required information including request for date and time of appointment.

    The new appointment would now appear on the shops Work in Progress page to be scheduled. An email is then sent to customer automatically which will include a link to confirm or change appointment time if necessary.

Multiple Payment Processing Integrations

    Shops can choose between 360 Payment Solutions or X Charge for processing electronic payments

Whole Goods Feature (Requires additional training)

    Whole goods module allows the shop to take an inventory item, add parts and labor to it then re-introduce the part back into inventory at a higher cost price and/or retail price.

    This feature works great for a variety of applications: Transmission Rebuilds, Diesel Injector Pumps, Parts Kits and Used Vehicle Sales*

    (* Add the vehicle to inventory at your cost then use the whole goods templates to build up costs for service or repairs.)
