Not Getting Updates, Still On 6.5.37

Postby scgms1 » Thu Jan 29, 2015 1:49 pm

I'm wondering if there is something on my end that I'm not getting the updates. I've noticed my neighbor has been updated a few times and I'm still on 6.5.37?

Thanks,

This is perfectly normal. Version 6.5.37 is still the base version for a good number of our users. This is due to a complex release cycle that accounts for how significant of changes are made to the application.

With that said, I've added you to our distribution group for the newest update. Please take time to read the release notes when you get it — much will have changed coming from 6.5.37.

Thanks Silky7. The only reason I asked was I noticed he's had 2 updates and I'm still on 6.5.37. I don't want to be a beta tester, but I thought I might have been lost in the shuffle, or maybe the check bounced. :)
Thanks again.

Thanks for taking care of that Silky7. I've got 6.5.54 now.

Has this updated since your post on 3/12? If not, we will need to check your system.

It has not changed from above. I know that if i restart the system the date will change but it will not progress any farther then before.

Ok, thanks. I'll note your account if you'd like to call into support in the meantime, but otherwise I'll have someone try to reach out to you in the next day or two.
