Understood. So far we have not discussed any specifcs which makes it hard to respond accurately.
No problems as compared to what, 6.3? If you asked the rep right as 6.4 was coming out, that's what I would've told you as well. In the 3-4 months since that time, we've since learned of some additonal issues that we have to work through. Judging by the internal product mgmt notes I've read this week, we're doing just that.
If there is anything of a calculating nature, be sure that support is fully aware it, offered assistance to address it and also has it documented to be fixed if a lingering issue. if you're keeping track of something daily, where do you think the discrepency is happening and is support aware of it?
