Just wanted to give a quick thanks to tech support. We had an issue with our database size which took down ShopKey completely. Tech support remotely logged in, found the issue and corrected it the same afternoon.

Talk about stress relief.... nothing worse than a Monday and no management program!

Havta say, I never dread calling M1 TS.

It was fixed quicker than I expected, much appreciated.

My IT guy wants to contact you to get the info on setting up the file that was mentioned. What is the best way for him to contact you?

I'm sorry, I wasn't the one on the phone with you, so I'm not sure which file you're referring to. I was just working on the database. It sounds like he could probably just call into Tech Support when he's got a moment (make sure he's got your account number).

This is an understatement, usually not much of a wait and things get handled great.

Got a new computer and made the old host computer to a workstation and the new computer to the host. Calling in made the transfer so much better.
