KPI Report Frequency

Postby brianp87 » Mon Nov 03, 2014 7:31 am

I used to be able to change the date range for the key performance indicator reports. With the current changes I cannot figure out how to do this.

You"re using the new Dashboard. I have not found a date range there, only the old portal has it.

Ah. I'm on 6.5.47. I heard they were going to link directly to the new dashboard at some point.

Dang. I wish It would have kept that option. If the month ends on a Saturday then you cannot go back and look at last months.

Try this link and see if it brings you to the old site.

http://www.mitchell1crm.com/Marketing/Mitchell1/CrmAccountLogin.htm

Under report options, you can set up a monthly email that will provide you the previous months figures.
