can you tell me how the recommendations work with crm. in the vehicle tab we enter the follow up date and if it is work needed that day we leave that date in the box will it send out reminder. really need any info about follow up thanks mike

That question is best directed to your CRM agent, but I'm thinking 'no'. Usually there is a built in buffer between a service appointment and the next CRM contact for additional work. I don't know exactly what that buffer is. We have been using a date 2 months out for immediate work.
