Why can't we put a coupon on the "lost customer" email like we can on the other email communications?

Welcome to the forum and thanks for your post. I made an inquiry with SocialCRM group about this:

"Coupons are absolutely available (and encouraged!) on Lost Customer emails- up to five different coupons.
There may be some confusion because Lost Customer emails specifically allow “text coupons” instead of a graphic coupons (which are allowed on Service Reminders). But a body-graphic can be added to the Lost Customer communication that could be a graphic coupon – so six of one half-dozen other. We generally do not encourage graphic coupons unless the shop is also doing postcards which require them, but customers are more than welcome to create and provide us with a graphic coupon that we will include in any/all communications."

If there are any further questions regarding this, your CRM agent is probably the best resource.
