Credit Card Auth Receipt Not On SE Invoice?

I go into Electronic payment processing under special maintenance and change the credit card receipt to print on the Mitchell invoice. This works for a day or 2 and defaults back to printing separate receipts. Mitchell support told me it could be a USERS issue but I removed all but one user and it still does. They said they are unable to duplicate the problem. Any one else have this issue or use this feature?

Hello and Welcome to the Forum!

This is a database setting, and it's one we term as "last to write value saved." Getting the setting to stay permanently should be simple:
1. Close Manager on every workstation.
2. Open it on one station only.
3. Set to print the receipt on the Invoice.
4. Close that station (saving the changes).
5. Open them all back up and resume normal usage.

That should cause the setting to stay.
