Where can I find information on how to check ATF level in a Dodge Magnum R/T 2005?

You need to buy a dipstick. Part number 9336A. I have one. I'd let you borrow it if you were closer. :(

I've got one from the dealer but don't know how to use it. It looks like a throtle cable on my lawn mower and it is about 18" longer than the tube. I have heard there is a temperature chart you have to reference but I would like to see it in print.

You're welcome.

This can be found in OD5 here......

Automatic Trans>Service Info>Fluid and Filter>Standard Procedure>Check Oil Level>Figure 163

Wasn't easy to find....

I can hear my nephew saying right now "well I have a monkey for an uncle". Thanks again, I guess I just got frustrated looking.

I just use an old speedo cable that I put marks every 5mm to measure the depth of the fluid in the pan and the scanner to check the fluid temp. Who would of believed a few years ago, you would need a computer just to check fluid level?
Working hard to prove the Green Team can do it with the best of 'em.

Just like printers. Buy them for $50.00 and spend $45.00 on cartridges.
