Is there away to disable notes having to be checked off to auto complete an order.

If you are asking to allow techs to complete an inspection without adding notes or findings to the inspection, go to Report Pro.
Click on settings then rules. Here you can shut off the report card altogether (Which wants the notes filled out.) or you can go into each color listed and individually turn of the required notes.

Hope this helps.

I am curious why you would want to shut the notes off?

Not on inspections I am talking about if you have a note on the RO you have to check off the note for the tablet to change to complete.

I think the OP is referring to notes on the RO, not an inspection. In order for the RO to auto-complete and change status/clock out, ALL the lines must be checked, including the notes.

Thanks again, now I under stand.

Notes get the same weight on an estimate or work order as a job does, so they need to be completed in order for the status to change.
Currently there is no method to change this.
Using the "Mark Complete" function under the Android 3 dots menu on the tablet Order tab will solve this.
Another method would be that when a note is entered and finished, complete that line.

I will put in a request for having notes not affect the status of the overall estimate to the team.
