Message Pro Not Sending?

We have been experiencing problems with this feature. Every so often, it stops sending out the automatic text appointment reminders. When this has happened in the past, we get remote support from Bolt-On and they have it fixed for us. This time, I was waiting for online support for over 40 minutes. I left a message this morning and sent an email, no word back from them as of yet...
My question is, has anyone experienced similar issues with message manager? What can I do to rectify this myself?

Hi again,

For Mickey and anyone else who may experience similar problems: Please be sure that the automatic message is scheduled for delivery during a time when your workstations will be running. We discovered that Mickey had set the messages to send at 6:30 p.m., which is after his shop closed and after his system was shut down. The messages can not be sent if the system is logged off.
