ProPack INV Missing Shop Logo Or Phone #s?

Sometimes the Shop Logo does not print on ProPack invoices as well as Phone numbers. We use the modern invoice. Does propack only print certain phone numbers or does it print them only if they are checked in Mitchell? Does the Shop Logo have to be a certain size? Perhaps it is a size too big and depending on customer names or various heading information it puts the logo "behind" the page? Any ideas.

How can I get my logo to print on the invoice (the way it always was set up to do in previous versions)?

THIS WAS ALWAYS ABLE TO BE DONE WITHOUT A PURCHASED ADD-ON PACKAGE... I do not use 'bolt on technology' .

This was always part of the Shop Key/Mitchell program?

Can anyone help who is not with Bolt On Technology?

Sharon,

You posted in a ProPack - Report Pro thread, therefore you got a Bolt-On ProPack response.

If you had a previous SE Invoice template display the logo, it should still be doing so. If it has stopped displaying we should review:
1) What version of SE are you using?
2) Which INV template are you using? (in Reports/Printers is it still selected?)
3) Is your logo file still in the correct location for SE to find and insert it?

sorry, my mistake on this. Bolt on Technology is not Mitchell.

No worries, we can help. Did the previous post make sense? We just need to isolate what changed if the logo was appearing before.
