Anyone else getting an error message trying to access their Napa cataloging this morning?

Catalog Error:
An error was detected from the catalog. There was no endpoint listening at: ... .scv/basic that could accept this message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.
