How to run a connection test in Enterprise Pro?

Experiencing Slow Connectivity or Server Disconnects? There is a user friendly connection test utility included in the software that will allow you to run

a few short tests ( Ping and Trace Route) Save the results and email to for review.

To run outside of the software you can download utility from the following link:

To run a connection test please go to:

    M1 Button top left corner with program open
    Manager Options
    Tools in the left panel
    Click on Perform a network connection test
    Click Test
    Note: There will be a green progress bar then pop up window Test Completed
    Click Details button

Test Results Legend:
Green =Success
Orange= Warning
Red = Failed
