In the Work In Progress screen there is a column called TimeIn.

How do I get those dates and times for old invoices?

First I would ask how often is this necessary and what is the specific question you need answered with this info?
There is no report as such, but any individual invoice in question could be unposted back to the WIP screen where the data was originally written.
