I would like to see more areas/fields for customer email addresses. We are getting husband, wife and now kids with different emails and we would like to list them on their accounts. I know that if we use a CRM company right now it would take the one listed in that field, but if more fields are available they (CRM Co.) could use the top listed email to send reminders to. That way not everyone in the family would be getting the same email.
are these adult children with their own cars? if so it might be time to create individual accounts for these people, and transfer the vehicle over. even if the parents are footing the bill. you don't want to get into a sticky situation with the children autorizing repairs to their vehicles, them taking the vheicle after repairs are made. then the parents saying i did nnot authorize those repairs, not my vehicle, not my responsibility.
