Part Kits, Canned Jobs, Packages & Attached Parts
About 50% of the time when I am using the "OEM Parts&Labor" utility, I loose information on boxes I have checked when they are supposed to be transferred back to the estimate page. This happens 100% of the time if I happen to drop below the labor guide to the OE parts section and just browse. No matter what I do, not one item will transfer. I have to get back into the Manager estimator page and start over again. This gets pretty frustrating. Any way to avoid this short of not making estimates?

Sorry to hear of this, it is an uncommon anomaly I'd not heard of before. Contact tech support ASAP to walk through it.

wow, i use that all the time and never had an issue. the only thing i have to watch for is if i transfer parts over they are adjusted to my matrix pricing. that's raised a few eye brows in the past.

I've never had an issue with it either - use it all the time.
