Find Cust By First Name

Hi everybody just a quick ?
Does anyone remember how to find a cust by first name ?

Have been looking all over but can not find out how to do it

Any help would be great Thanks

put a comma in front of the name.

IE ,John
,Mike
,tim
,tom

Type in a comma and then the first name
ie ,Adam

IMPORTANT....This only works when you press F6 (or the Start button).

It will NOT work if you press F3 (Find Customer)

Must be doing some thing wrong
Open up utilites put ,ED in were it says last name and get NAME NOT FOUND have tried many different names and get same thing

Ya, you'll find that most times we race to see who can give you help first. Beats any other forum out there! WE look at it like a chance to help, not a chance to look down. I LOVE this place.

i can remember the firing order and spech's from the 60's - 80's. cavity is full and sometimes i can't remember "poop". i'll walk by the car and look at the plate. i've got about 30 seconds before the screen goes to snow. i pop in the plate # and see what i got. if i put in a comma before the first name, soon, the multiple choice becomes more of a guessing game. at least to me it's just a more of a refined way to be wrong. i have a sign above my desk, shop counter that says "i know your car, please excuse me if i can't remember your name".
