When I click on Nexpart from an R/O to go to Bennett Auto (which I had been doing for over a year w/ no problem), now, Mitchell takes me to the Nexpart login page rather than straight to catalog and this message appears in red font at login info area, 'provider value is not valid.' I've talked w/ Mitchell Tech Support and they say Mitchell's end is OK. I've talked w/ Bennet and they say their end is OK. I can enter Bennett's Nexpart website (thru Mitchell) upon entering the login manually and then I have to enter the vehicle manually even though Mitchell carries over the vehicle info at top of page. Then, once I click on a part to order it rarely transfers (sometimes get an error message window from Mitchell) to R/O, if it does - it doesn't show up on the parts ordering screen. This may be a PC error - I'm no IT guy but all other vendors are working fine. Does this sound like a Mitchell, Nexpart, or pilot error??
I believe this is a Bennett issue because if I remember correctly, the problem started after an account 'hold' was accidently placed on my Bennett Account by Bennett/Corporate. I called them, they said they made a mistake and released the hold. This was about the time these issues began.
Bennett Auto/Nexpart works fine by solely going online with same username/password w/ out going thru Mitchell.
