I would like to pull a list of e-mails that we have received from new customers in the last 6 months, is that possible?

Welcome to the Forum.

I don't see a date range on the standard email list report. What would make sense is to run the New Customer Follow-Up report. Select New/Inactive tab. Date range the report for New, Then print the Customer list by last name. Unfortunately, the list does not inculde email. I'm home right now so I don't have access to the computer that has Crystal Reports on it. I'll get back tomorrow and let you know if I can add email to that report easily. Certainly sounds like a good idea and I urge Mitchell to add this field in there.

The other option is to merge the date to Excel.

Again, this sounds like an excellent idea. What were your plans with the results, if you don't mind me asking?

Update: I was able to add email to this report quite easily. According to the date at the bottom, this report has been unchanged since 2004. I'd recommend this be added since it's done easily and there's plenty of room for the field.
