When I print my recommendation letters, after our last update, they print without the actual recommendations. They give the customer, the vehicle, and that information but not the actual recommendation made. It defeats the purpose of sending them out! Was there a glitch in the update that caused this????

Sorry I missed this post earlier. Which version are you using, 5.9 or SE?

1. Make sure you're launching it from Recommend tab and not History tab (I forget sometimes).

2. Make sure the the Include Recommendations Text checkbox is still checked.

I was able to print my letters from December with the recommendations on it. Now when I tried to go back to do the ones from November none are coming up. When I printed the December ones did it automatically delete the November ones?

When you complete the print process, the program asks you if you want to mark them as printed. If you clicked yes, they won't show up in a search again.

Since our last update to 6.4 SE, We are having the problem where the recommendation letter does not print out the vehicle. The letters do print out the customer, recommendations & our letter information but not the vehicle. We saw the post from earlier & we did launch the letters from the recommendation tab & the recommendations checkout is checked. Please help!

I see you made it! Welcome and thanks for your question.

Thinking this was just answered in a different post recently; I believe in changover to SE, a report selection changed to not include vehicle option.

Go to Configurations, Reports/Printers, change selector to Followup Letters. See which template is selected, change to w/vehicle option.

This should do it.

We are now having this problem... last month the vehicle did not show. This month the recommends do not show. What is going on? We did launch from the recommend tab & the recommend box is checked.
We are also having problems with any follow-up letter we send while editing them. Every time we edit them there is less space (less characters available). The full letter does not print. Please help!

Please confirm your software's version number (lower RH corner by user name and product name).

There is an issue in a couple of the templates, one of which you may have selected. I tested them all here.

Go to Configurations, Setup Reports/Printers section. Change selector to Followup, then select one of two templates I have indicated:
