I have two computers with Windows 11, three with windows 10. They are all playing nicely together. The host is still a Windows 10 as it doesn't meet the upgrade yet.
One thing to note - when went to upgrade my machine to Windows 11 - it would not complete. I tried everything, it would keep ...

Re: Update 8.5.02
A little late, but I apologize as I was out of the office yesterday. The beta of 8.5.1 is now available to those of you that volunteered for testing. Our data reflects most of you picked that up and installed already, so thank you!
Please post any issues in this thread for now.

Re: Update 8.5.02
This will indeed be fixed in 8.5.1.
Apologies for the delay, but we also wanted to expand the customization of appearance based on early feedback to increase the font size, which came prior to discovery of the problem.
This update should be available not too long after the holidays.

Re: Update 8.5.02
I'm going to add to a strange occurrences. I am the only one that uses my user. Randomly, the number column disappears from the screen & I have to use the column chooser to put it back on the screen. Luckily Tim had put that info on the thread, so I could find where it went!

Re: Payment "Tabbing" Issue - 8.4.0.85
I think the tabbing issue has been there for some time on the payment screen. It is that way on 8.3.1.40 as well. I haven't had time to update to the new version yet.

Tax on labor - but only sometimes.....
We recently went thru a lovely State of MN sales & use tax audit. We were informed that if we put hitches, plows, accessories on a vehicle - we need to charge sales tax on the labor.
I know I am probably missing a setting right in front of my face, but is there a way to just charge sales tax on ...

Re: US Auto Force Catalog interface & price carry over
Thank you! We order many different tires that fall into that category, but not necessarily stocked tires. We try to remember to add the tax, but sometimes forget or don't catch it. Thanks for the update.

US Auto Force Catalog interface & price carry over
This is most likely a Silky question - when transferring over the tires from our US Auto Force interface - only the price of the tire comes over. The price of the fed excise tax does not carry over. Would this be a Mitchell side issue or a US Auto Force issue?

Re: 8.3.1 Update Questions
I second this - it takes quite a few tabs to get back to the payment type.tanyah wrote: Wed Jul 28, 2021 1:32 pm Speaking of the recent updates, can someone help me understand the theory of changing the beginning set point when opening the Apply Payments window - why was it reset for History instead of how it was with Payment type.

Re: US Auto Force Catalog interface
Another strange thing we noticed about the US Auto Force Catalog. We now cannot get the hide our price to stick. We have to click to hide our price every time we go to look up tires. The guys will tend to have the customer come look at the screen to view the different tires & it's not good if our ...
