Anyone else having issues manually looking up vehicles in repair link with Mitchell. If I use repair link in a browser it works fine.

DId the recall notification on the order screen go away or is it a setting issue.

Anyone else having issues where you order a part through mitchell for repairlink but it never goes to the dealer and when you look in repairlink order history it is not in there but in mitchell PO shows it was ordered.

On some RO's the three dots are not on the end and I cannot delete the extra blank job.

With the newest Mitchell update when a tech adds a new note to the order it will save on the tablet but will not show up in Mitchell order on the screen, however if you print the order the note will show up in it on the printing but still not the order.

When adding a item from the quick menu canned job is there away to auto make a new job instead automatically just going into the existing job.

Seems to have been repaired it is now letting me and another shop to log in.

Anyone else having issues with repair link where it gives a catalog authentication error "Please verify your vendor setup."

So we have also noticed after we installed a new printer Mitchell is changing the default printer back to the old one after a few hours on certain workstations. Definitely some glitches with this new update.


Is that with Windows 10 or Windows 11?

I just wanted to take a moment to explain: Mitchell 1 is not in charge of any content once you punch out to any given catalog. This isn't an issue for us to fix. Your best bet is to provide feedback directly to OEC/Repairlink.


So what you are saying is every catalog going to do this ...
