UPDATE***---I was informed that this was a WHI solutions problem internally, I contacted them and they informed me that a fix was in the works. I just tried the function again and it is now working. Just an friendly FYI

Anyone else having trouble with the part search function of their NEXPART catalogs this morning? I am trying to discern if it is a problem with my system or a NEXPART wide issue. All searches are coming up as "No parts found" The A to Z Parts catalogue works but there is no way to do a direct search ...

Same thing happened to me on my host, and both my workstations. I had to restart the computers and re-download the update 2 or 3 times before it actually took. But it did, eventually, work.

Also, If you just want to quick change the physical count you can pull down the inventory tab and select inv. transactions and physical count. I use this if its just a quick change as this function does not require you to enter a reason.

You're never going to believe this, but as I am sitting here reading this post and the replies, on my host machine, I get the out of memory error. It's not the first time for me either but just weird the timing of it all I suppose!

My prolink works and I can find the part but when I do the search it shows the part with no pricing at all and a red message at the top some sort of "Error Processing request not found Code 99"
Any help?
