Ticket Erroring?
So every morning when I start my first ticket to check in the first vehicle, I get the exact same error message. When I click "OK" It continues on, but none of the information that is usually auto filled in, fills in (Tech information on parts & labor, Service writer information).
After I exit that ...

Re: Forum
I've had the same issue over the past few weeks. Wouldn't log me in but when I went to a page, it looked like I was logged in.
Yesterday It wouldn't even load the pages properly (or even at all).
I thought it was just me.

Re: Can not print tech work sheet
We were having this problem as well with only Hondas.
I saw on the Facebook group that someone else had the problem and called tech support so we did as well.
They have a script that they ran and it fixed it right up for us.

Re: Towing mileage ideas
We have our towing set up as a sublet instead of labor line.
So it's pretty much set up to say (Towed from {location} to {shop/where it was dropped off})
And then we tally what the trip to and back would be for the pricing, so that way it did not mess with our labor hours.

Re: Manager SE 9.1 Job View release
I would like to suggest an option for later down the road. A way to turn the job grouping on per station, versus global setting.
I love the update, and want to use it on the invoicing side of things. But some of our techs do not, it can get confusing for them. So we have to keep it turned off ...

Automatic Recommendations
Not sure if this is the right spot, but is there a way to add automatic recommendations?
Example is LOF, when you print the sticker, it auto adds a recommendation for when ever the next oil change is.
We are wanting to do something like this but say with tire rotations as another example.

Hello Christina,
I tried to replicate the steps that you show in your post, but was able to add the items to the order within Manager SE without issue. If you continue to have this issue please feel free to give us a call in Tech Support (888.724.6742) and we'll be more than happy to remote into ...

Re: Tire Recycling Report
Hey! Thanks for reaching out.
We were more looking specifically who was charged this recycling fee versus the revenue we got from it. I wasn't sure if there was a way to pull this list up.
If not then we will have to start making our own reports for it for now to be able to do this. For now we ...

Tire Recycling Report
Is there a way to look up a report for tire recycling?
So right now we have the normal canned job for mount and balancing. We pull the tire over from US Autoforce, change the description of the tire and adjust the price. Then hit the little box on the right to mark it as a tire which automatically ...

Price change report??
I tried looking this up, so correct me if I missed it.
Is there a way to run a report for when there is a price change? We've had some major jumps in prices and I was going to show my techs (as a reminder to let us know when they sell something lol). On alot of items we make notes on them what the ...

Re: Past invoices
Hi Christina,
Part of this will depend on your workflow. Once you approve an RO, the Time In value is stamped. Now if in this instance the vehicle was dropped off and it was still an estimate, you might not have that data point as part of the RO.
I'd suggest: 1. If you think the work started ...

Past invoices
Is there a way to look up when a past invoice was created? When you go into the history, you can see when it was closed out, but I wasn't sure if there was a way to see when it was created.

Re: Inventory Parts
I'll have to keep that in mind and pitch that to the owner thanks Rich. I might end up doing that also along with the inactive on the part #, depending on the item.

Inventory Parts
So I got a question today from one of the owners of our shop. We were wondering if there was a way to keep an inventory item still listed, but mark it as inactive. Right now we just right (inactive) behind the part number. But we were not sure if there was an easier way to do this? I didn't see any ...

Re: POS quantity conversion
That's kind of what I do when I manually order the items myself. I do a price check every so often through the mitchell system to make sure nothing needs updated and thats usually when it throws me off because I leave it at the normal "need 25" instead of the "need 1 pack of 25".
