Car has zero throttle response. It starts and idles, but the pedal does nothing. MIL is on with P0605 – ECM Internal Control Module.

What’s been done so far:

Replaced ECM with a new unit

Programmed ECM

Replaced throttle body

Followed Nissan’s TSB for chafed wiring ...

Our shop number ( Landline now VOIP ) is registered with 10DLC. Is texting using our own number an option for the future? I feel customers' responses would be greater if they knew the number that was texting them. Right now its a bit of pain asking them to add the number to our contact info. I did ...

I’ve been using SE’s email feature a lot more lately (retired my old routine of print > scan > email). Works great, as long as Outlook (classic) is open. If it’s not, the invoice just camps out in the Outbox until I remember to open Outlook.

Has anyone figured out how to change the pre-filled message when texting an invoice or RO link? Ours just says:
“RE: Order XXXX” followed by the link.

It doesn’t mention our shop name, no personal note — just looks generic as hell. I’ve had more than one customer delete it thinking it was spam ...

We have our towing set up as a sublet instead of labor line.
So it's pretty much set up to say (Towed from {location} to {shop/where it was dropped off})
And then we tally what the trip to and back would be for the pricing, so that way it did not mess with our labor hours.

Thanks for the info Ric. I tried it but get an error right away, called Bolt On support and they said to me Only the 450 and 550 is compatible. I find it hard to believe as the only difference between 450 and 450 xl is you can print larger labels such as return labels - The software is the same ...

Im a new user of Bolt On for Mitchell1. I want to print key tags, but I have been told my Dymo 4XL is not compatible and that I will need a 450 or 550. Is the 450 Twin or 450 Turbo also compatible? Or can someone recommend a better option?

Is there a way to import an Excel or any other file with bulk inventory? Even if its back ended. Our vendor just switched part numbering systems to make it much easier to upload inventory instead of creating 1 by 1 again.

If there isnt a will it be in the future?

Update >> I updated to 9.0.0.2400 and ran the DB utility and seemed to fix the issue.

We have been manually printing our LOF filters for years - We use the Zebra ZDesigner TLP 2824 Plus - with TLP Labels - Generic car logo on top with "Return for Service" pre-printed.
The printer prints the Shop Name, Address, Phone number, mileage, and date.
Would this system work with Manager SE ...

Overdriv has a program where there gives you a percent back on parts purchased. The Overdriv rep said they could pull the data right from Mitchell 1 SE so we do not have to manually submit each part's invoice. I am having no luck with being able to connect.
