We are looking for a way to track techs time on open ROs. We service a lot of RVs and sometimes we have to wait days, even weeks for parts. Sometimes a tech will have 3 or 4 open ROs going and we can't track the time in a report unless we close the ROs. What we want is a report to track techs ...

Just wondering if this thread is dead! I talked to bolt on and it doesn't seem like they have any intention of fixing the time clock reports. Did anyone find a solution a better SMS to track times?
