Re: Estimator
There were no reported service issues with ProDemand today. Hopefully you figured out what might have been happening in between.

Re: Can not print tech work sheet
Thanks again. We have identified the issue as part of the data schematic changes. The good news is we will have a small patch incoming to those on 9.3 already very soon. If anyone is running into this frequently enough to be bothersome in the interim, you can contact technical support for a fix.

Re: Prospect App Updates?
Hi All,
I understand the confusion and frustration you're having. As a user, I too get concerned when something goes dark.
We haven't shared any updates, nor taken up your offers for beta testing (thanks though, we still might!) as plans have been dynamic for the last few months. I'm going to take ...

Re: Phantom tax on estimates- Tax exempt accounts
You are correct, Silky7. Shop supplies max is $25 and tax on that is $2.19. But if customer and vehicle are set to exempt, why does tax show up on Estimates but not RO's or Invoices?
This is a nuance that occurs because the revisions are based on the order. When you have no current order for ...

Re: Phantom tax on estimates- Tax exempt accounts
I would assume this is coming from taxable Hazmat/Shop Supplies. Are you setup with a minimum for either of those values?

Well, we'll keep a close eye on this behavior with the upcoming changes to this area. Hopefully the option to allow a single global search will put this to bed.

Re: Bug switching from company to customer.
Thanks. I see from your screen the name columns didn't appear to switch over from Last/First to Company. I haven't been able to replicate it still, but I'll check with our Development Liaison when he's back next week to see if he can figure out the trigger.

I can't seem to replicate it. I assume it's not consistent? But yeah, much appreciated Ric. Any info would be helpful.

Re: Bug switching from company to customer.
Larry/Ron,
Any chance you could go into greater detail/replication steps/screenshots for this? Unfortunately we've had a number of little issues in this area over the past couple years (last being that column order), but I'm not seeing this one here so maybe I'm chasing the wrong one.

Re: Tax on printed Estimates
You could always just try to update first yourself. If you're on 9.1 still, that should probably be the first step. But otherwise with support they'll need to go through some troubleshooting for this one, so no need to reference anything in particular.

Re: Tax on printed Estimates
Hey Dan,
We checked your database, and are not seeing any problem there, which is good news. This is one of your recent estimates in the WIP:

Hi Dan,
This should be a simple matter of ensuring they are included.
Under setup look for this option and make sure it's checked.

Ah, apologies. I should have looked up your location first. The state specific requirements in Wisconsin preclude the user-defined disclaimer from being printed.

Re: Shop Data/ Disclaimers
Hello,
It's a good idea to confirm you have the corresponding disclaimer selected, as that first step is often overlooked. Ensure you've moved the radio bullet to the corresponding record type before making your edits.
