Having troubles again, is there an issue on Mitchels end or do I need to look at something here?

It started working now.

Is there a proble with Mitchel at the moment? The estimator taba, Lic. decoder, and fluid tabs are not working for me currently.

After the latest update I noticed that when I print an invoice that there are 3 digits missing on the Vin#. Not usually a problem in my opinion but I just submitted an invoice to a warranty company for payment and the will not pay unless there is a full vin# on the invoice. Can this be changed ...

On the texting option the invoice will not send in the text, it comes up "failed to share invoice PDF"
Regular texting works fine but will not send an invoice copy. Any ideas??

Now it wont even let me log in, keeps popping back up to login. So frustrating.

I would say mostly, I guess I wasnt paying attention to how old they were.

Also after I delet texts they will pop back up later. Any fix for that as well?

This is also driving me crazy, I have to re log in probably 10 times a day.

Quick question, we purchased a new PC to update the old one we have. Wondering on the process to transfer all the Shop Management information to the new one. What do we need to do?

So the last 3 times I hit f5 to post a payment the Mitchel system would lock up and I have to shut it down. Anyone else having issues?
