Okay, so to get to those items, you'd have to go through this:

Mine does not do that. It goes like this on my end. For the 2011 F350.

Okay, had to go back to another PC with SE 7.2.9 to see what you're seeing. So when you get SE 7.3.x in a few weeks it has the views I've shown above.

Re: What Needs To be Fixed In ProDemand
I Have Found Since My Last Post That On demand Is A Lot Better. Still Would Like to Print A Larger Wiring Diagram. Thanks
Re: What Needs To be Fixed In ProDemand
When attempting to print a wiring diagram, I select the full page and it shows the print preview image on the screen as a Black & White image with a check mark that has to be removed each time if I would like to print in color. I would like to set the default to Color and avoid having to un-check each diagram for color printing.

Here is the response regarding printing question:
"We created the current experience because people complained about the cost of color ink cartridges."

Re: What Needs To be Fixed In ProDemand
Maybe make it a sticky setting so that users can choose one and never have to change it? I too find it annoying that I have to uncheck that box EVERY time.

Re: What Needs To be Fixed In ProDemand
If it was a desktop app, it would be pretty simple. I believe the printing attribute in a browser is problematic or we'd have that option. I did hear that it *might* be possible to discern what type of document and print appropriately. (thinking B/W for repair info + color for diagrams as example)ricmorin wrote:Maybe make it a sticky setting so that users can choose one and never have to change it? Re: What Needs To be Fixed In ProDemand
I had a feeling. If it's a one page diagram I pull it up on the 32 inch screen.
Multi page diagrams are a different story.

I'm the same way. I have a 32" at my tool box. I would rather look at a wiring diagram on that than a small piece of paper.

Re: What Needs To be Fixed In ProDemand
When browsing for TSBs through the Service Manual menu, if I click on a particular bulletin, read it and then click on the back arrow, I'm taken back to the exact category where I had just been (preferred). When I use the 1Search Plus menu to click on TSB quick link and I choose a lower category that I had to scroll down to find and I finish reading a bulletin, I'm taken all the way back to the top. I then have to scroll back down to the category where I left off to finish reading through the remaining bulletins. Is there a way to update this to take me back to the same category where I just left off? Some vehicles have multiple bulletins in the lower categories that I need to check and it ends up being a lot of wasted movements to accomplish this.
Also, when clicking on the Recalls/Campaigns tab in the upper right hand corner, after clicking on and reading a single entry I can't find a way to go back to the previously opened drop down menu of titles. The only option I see is to close the entire tab and then click on it again to see other entries. Is that the way the Recall/Campaigns tab was intended to work?

Re: What Needs To be Fixed In ProDemand
Using the back button doesn't work well with ProDemand. To navigate back to another section, you can click on either of these to links circled.himels wrote: Wed Oct 01, 2025 6:56 am When browsing for TSBs through the Service Manual menu, if I click on a particular bulletin, read it and then click on the back arrow, I'm taken back to the exact category where I had just been (preferred). Re: What Needs To be Fixed In ProDemand
Ric, I'm aware that using the back button doesn't work well and I typically avoid it. The issue I described related to Recalls is specifically related to Recalls/Campaigns button on the upper right of the screen, next to the training tab. When I pick a recall or campaign, read it and wish to check the remaining choices, I haven't found anything to click to return to the list. Even if I click on the arrow at the top left, inside the ProDemand screen that should return me to the previous screen, it simply closes out the Recalls/Campaigns screen the same as if I had clicked on the X at the upper right of the screen, next to the Print tab.
The issue related to the TSB's is that if I'm in the Mechanical subject area and click on a specific TSB, once I finish reading that specific TSB and attempt to look at another Mechanical TSB or anything in a category below it, I'm brought all the way back to the top of the list and I have to scroll back down to where I left off. In this example there are 38 Mechanical TSB's alone, plus many more categories below it. I've been dealing with it ever since ProDemand was introduced, but thought I would ask if there was a better way.
