I’ve been using SE’s email feature a lot more lately (retired my old routine of print > scan > email). Works great, as long as Outlook (classic) is open. If it’s not, the invoice just camps out in the Outbox until I remember to open Outlook.
Right now I’ve got Outlook set to auto-launch when Windows starts, just so I don’t forget. But curious — is there a smarter trick I’m missing here? Or is this just how it goes?
Second thing , I played around with the email template editor and ran into some crashes. Now it seems like every time I close the editor, SE has a little meltdown. Called support, and they said it’s a “known issue” with a fix coming in the next update.
Anyone else run into this? Or am I the lucky beta tester here? I really want to enhance my invoice emails.

Hello - We do know about the email templates crashing Manager SE.
It does save the changes, but it requires Manager SE to be closed and reopened after that area is entered.
Confirmed fix in Manager SE 9.2.1 update in early September.
