DId the recall notification on the order screen go away or is it a setting issue.

It is not a settings issue. We deprecated the feature late last year.
The notification we sent: After extensive review of the active recall service experience we were delivering to you through Manager SE, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue this feature. The active recalls data, which was being supplied a third-party service, no longer met the standards we work to maintain. It is highly unusual for us to remove a product feature; we have only done so after considerable deliberation. We continually work towards delivering features and functionality of the highest standards for your business.
