PART NUMBER SEARCH ON OPEN RO'S

I know I can search for a part numbers and descriptions via the reports screen. This only applies to posted repairs (as far as I know).
My question: Is there a way to search OPEN RO's for a specific part # or part description? or even search the "ref/inv# field" again on OPEN RO's

EXAMPLE: I need to find 3 tires that did not get billed and there is not a po on them. I do have a part number. I would like to search open ro's for that part # to see if they got billed incorrectly to the wrong invoice.

You might have luck looking at Committed Parts reports. Active R.O. entries are presumed to be 'marked-as-printed' which sets the Committed parts status:
