Thanks for the update. For your many customers that aren't on this forum, please have your company's social media people put out some posts to keep them informed. I've already seen 3 posts questioning what's happening and stating that tech support phone calls won't go through!

Marketing shared the notice they put up for the outage.

Thankfully information services are back up now.
