Is there a proble with Mitchel at the moment? The estimator taba, Lic. decoder, and fluid tabs are not working for me currently.

I had trouble with ProDemand for a few hours yesterday. When I tried calling in to tech support, I first got a message that support was unavailable. The next few times I called, there was simply a busy signal on the phone line. Eventually, ProDemand started working again.

You likely tried to call in right when many other shops did as well. There are only so many slots in the phone queue.

Estimator, Fluids, TSBs, etc. seem to be working fine.
Some computers don't automatically connect when service resumes. Standard advice is to clear browser cache and try again.
Contact support if it persists.

There were no reported service issues with ProDemand today. Hopefully you figured out what might have been happening in between.
