I have no major qualms about ebay, my concern in purchasing parts for installation on a customers vehicle would be warranty and service after the sale in the event it is needed.Am I overly concerned about the aspect or service after the sale

welcome to the forum. you have a good point here and when it happens to me the customer is made aware of the pro's and con's and they make the final decision. i explain that the warranty falls on them. i'll forward the link to them, they make the purchase and i'll adjust the labor accordingly. personally i haven't had any issue with anything from e bay but it's a concern so i protect myself accordingly.
