I'm actually happy when one comes in. I've gotten pretty familiar with them and the customer usually is prepared for the worst and is not surprised when the thing breaks down again. They don't try to link the next breakdown back to me. I get to make some pretty good money on these too.

That is how I feel too, been trying to get the ambulance co to but a bunch of 6.0s so I can have some really good months.......
