2006 Mercedes C230 - Vacuum Leak

Have a 2006 C230 that has an insert missing that covers a hole in the front of the intake. The insert controls the flappers inside the intake. Trying to find out what this part is called. We know the intake will have to be removed to replace it, just don't see any info in the repair manual. Thanks

Is there a possibility you can post a picture of the area. All my exploded views aren't clear enough for me to identify the part. It may be a plug that's the pivot point and part of the intake.

THE MISSING part is the air diverter rotator in the front of the intake. Ad seen in pics. Hope it helps!
